Was doing some research on a neighborhood to buy an investment property. This niggas wont let this city breathe. This city is the most savage and grimmest I've ever had the displeasure to live in :smh:

I heard about this bullshit. You cannot even walk your own dogs in this city. I remember them two "misguided youths" murdered that white guy.

Its always some bullshit popping off. Living by the art museum I hear a lot of truths not reported and facts many brothas and sistas hate to face.

You can't even renovate and give a young family a hand up and make some fresh bread on the side.

West Oak Lane isn't the west oak lane from 20 years ago. Logan has a North Philly feel to it, and West Oak Lane is starting to get that same feeling too. A few weeks back, a white lady was murdered in Mount Airy. Most of my properties are not in high-priced-high-crime area like this part of the city. My properties are in the Frankford area. I'm getting ready to move into North Philly.

Jay aint Franford bad too? Lot of white trash and drugging over there. I have the majority of my properties in west philly and Cobb's creek. Not much better. I've been looking at Frankford because the property is a little cheaper. A little further from my house tho. Not sure if I want to deal with white trash. What zip code is that?

I'm looking at Brewerytown too. 19121

Frankford is much cheaper. I have about 4 properties over there. In Oak lane, the houses are 100 years old and are extremely overvalued. The area, my home, is crime riddled. There are cop cars on every corner, yet all these crimes are still being committed.

I'm over in 19124.

Props bruh. When I say animal I'm stirckly talking about the behavior, black and white. And OMG I wouldn't want to live in a white trash area. Those mutherfuckers ruthless.

I think we may be doing the same kind of investment strategy as far as cash flow. I troll, but I actually posted how I'm working towards leaving my job and living off rental cash flow. Are you doing section 8? All my tenants are private. I have 6 properties. I've only been in the game a year and change.

I think I'm going to post it again. It's simple. But requires a little cash which I saved up. Most of my investments pay for themselves in 3 years.

gonna have to hit the both of yall for tips. right now I only got 1 property in Darby. purchased it from my wife's uncle. make a residual $1000 a month from it, if I'm not fixing something that month in there. I can see how having about 5 of them could generate some beaucoup passive income :dance::dance:

I live in West oak lane been there just under 2 years no problems at all no issues neighbors greeted me with open arms

I have an aunt who owns apartment buildings. Apartment buildings! She owns like 10 of them.

My only goal is to own a block and activly discriminate against white people. I'm a simple man.
