The bill was already signed when he started doing his postering about credits. He was just re-elected so he can yammer about whatever nonsense he wants. At some point people are going to have to learn not to listen to any republicans ... politicians.

I was watching something that said only half of Puerto Ricans claim being white. 3/4 of Cubans and 2/3rds Dominicans claim they are white. Those Dominican numbers though smh
When I was in Spain a couple years ago, the billboards ad tv ads were all about skin bleaching. It was insane. It stuck with me forever as they can almost already pass. Fuck Spain and Portugal.
