This fucking insurance company sucks balls. I ran over some shit on the freeway and fucked the underside of my car up. Instead of classifying the claim as a comprehensive one, which has a $250 deductible, they called it a collision, which has a $500 one. I thought collision was for when you hit a car, but I dealt with it and gave them their money, because I saw where they were coming from. Then, I took my car to who they told me to take it to, because they had a warranty program with them that would give me a warranty on their repairs. My car comes out of the shop fucked up. It was running worse than when it went in. My transmission was messed up, and it wasn't messed up at first. I complained and took it back and they said they wouldn't pay for it because the issue wasn't related to the work they did. How the fuck was my car running fine when it went in and comes out of their shop fucked up and it not be the shop's fault. So I had to pay to put my shit in the shop again, which cost me $1400. They wouldn't even pay for my rental car, and I have rental car coverage, once again because they said it's unrelated. When I spoke with their customer service reps, they were rude. I tried to talk to someone higher up and they were all on vacation. I finally got in touch with one person who said they'd check on it, and the motherfucker wouldn't call me back or answer the phone. They have lost a customer and I hope you all don't fuck with them either. Fuck Geico.
