Nice color and flavors - my only concern is apples tend to soften when heated I would like to know how to keep those crunchy in a dish like this. Also I would have done the veggies separately for 2-3 mins and combined before serving. Great use of leftovers. I am going to drop this note on this channel and see what he says.
