Rapper Foxy Brown jailed on battery charges

It might be back to anger management for Foxy Brown.

The rapper was arrested in a Pembroke Pines beauty supply store last night after police say she caused a disturbance there.

The charges: battery and obstruction of justice.

The alleged altercation happened yesterday at the Queen Beauty Supply, 12105 Pembroke Rd., police said. Other details remained sketchy.

Brown was previously sentenced to three years probation and anger management classes for attacking a pair of manicurists in New York City.

She was being held this morning in the county's North Jail in Pompano Beach. Bond was set at $1,500, records show.

Brown, 27, whose real name is Inga Marchand, is known for her in-your-face style and explicit lyrics. She made headlines in 1999 when her sophomore album, Chyna Doll, became the first album by a female rapper to debut atop the Billboard charts.

In December 2005, Brown's lawyer announced the rap artist was almost completely deaf. She was undergoing treatment.

Her career is going no where. She has hearing problems. She's probably very frustrated and badly in need of counseling services. I hope she gets herself together and puts out a decent album (if thats even possible).
 
A scene comes to mind where a black woman was cussing out
an asian woman in a Beauty Supply store over fucked up service.

While other black women continue shop as if the angry woman
wasnt being disrespected.

4real. and Beethoven had no vocals and was a real musical talent writing the music. But I imagine it wasnt easy to compose it and conducting it.

A lot of people don't know or want it known that Beethoven's mother was black. He probably inherited some sort of natural rhythm that allowed him to do what he did.

WHO? Foxy Brown, who she? Foxy's career was over with years ago, I'm talkin' about after Ill Na Na, Foxy was done back in the 90s. Lil Kim and Eve had better and longer careers then Foxy. Not surprised that she is in jail, she turned towards crime now since her career is over.
 
Her career ahs been fucked up since she tried so hard to sound like Lil Kim. When she first came out her voice was distinctive...then she lost her sound and got on Lil Kim's sound. THAT's when she fucked up. I never really dug her anyway

I can't believe that we continue to talk about this chick. She hasnt had a hit since the 90s and her beauty is overshadowed by the tons of make up she puts on. Maybe she needs to be put on lock for a couple of months so she could chill out and find herself. Or at least find another hit. :angry:
