Thinking of investing in FOREX. Been dabbling around with the practice account and have made some play money. Think I'm ready for the real thing. I know leverage is a big risk, what are the other downsides?

any financial area is good. i recommend forexfactory but lots of newbies trying out methods and getting emotinal for losing . please demo trade many different ways to skin a cat everyone trades differently. higer time frames (imo) more stable and more pronounced. I recommend james16, redsworld, simple method, these are topics on that forum. lots of ways to trade but dont do it for getting money overnight. wwww.babypips.com good intro basics.

I've traded and owned firms in he past. I don't mean to burst your bubble, as I know that dreams are oftentimes all that we have. I write this out of concern for brothas considering the same. Forex, as well as other day trading investment products are analogous with gambling. I have seen countless investors (from the brightest and wealthiest) come in with excitement, but leave in disgust. Just like in Vegas, the house wins more often than not. There are professional gamblers / investors out there though, but they are few and far between. The average life of an account is 6 months in Forex (and Commodities in case you were wondering). Don't invest with anything that you can't afford to lose. Keep that in mind. Good luck.
I'll tell you how to make money with forex, study it and find out everything there is to know about it. Then write an ebook get some fake testimonies and market a method to make others millions by following your strategy. Plenty of people just like you want to get rich quick off of forex and trust me they are willing to pay 10 dollars for your ebook. That's guaranteed bank. Dont fall for the hype, be the hype. That's how you get paid.
