You have to take youtubers and youtube video's with a grain of salt because 90% of them are bullshitting you with lies when it comes to their diets,how they maintain muscle and a certain look year round and for years on camera(steroids,a lot of products that most won't need like protein shakes which is hard on the kidneys).

I need to create a workout routine.

I've done good on dropping weight, although I wanna lose like 20-30 more. But i gotta get that consistent workout plan popping.
I just do the shit I did in the military. Push ups, mountain climbers, and 3 or 4 walking/running. I don't do sit-ups, because they ain't good for my back! I also supplement that workout with fucking 5 to 6 days a week.

Man I was in JROTC all through high school but that's where I left it, and I didn't have any discipline imposed on me again until I got locked up. My entire damn life has been partying and indulgence and decadence, so in recent years I've decided to set these personal self-discipline goals to keep myself right and it's been up and down.

Many times in life I've had the thought "I wish I had military nigga discipline."

I notice how the roids keeps them on swole but it ages some really bad,motherfucker be 38 but looks 60 in the face then when they stop taking it it reverses itself and they still be swole but not as vascular,muscles much more rounder.

Trying to be a body builder and staying in shape is two different things

Naw....they not...I train real bodybuilders...with trophies...they rarely do ab work...brah..it's them diets FIRST

Body builders are junkies, natural lifters build muscle at a slower rate.

But Full body workouts can target ABS if you know how to brace your abs muscle.
