It's a torrent site with different books available to d/l. Doesn't look like they ask for money. Also, for those interested in increasing their skills checking the torrent sites for the different books and CBT's available is a real good idea. Currently I have about 5 GB's of books alone.
(For the beginners, I'm sure most vets know about torrents already)
