FMSCA starting 11/18/24 CDL drivers if you fail a drug test
I can say that this seems to be the law of the land out here in Michigan for at least the last 7 months. They lose their license for about 6 months and have to reapply to get it back. Any truckers how has your company traditionally dealt with drug users?
