Florida.........when towing a car goes wrong.....

this was on the national news the other day.....tow truck driver said he didn'y see the kid. gonna be an interesting case
Thats literally kidnapping.
I thought nationally you couldn't tow a car if people are inside.
I dont see how the tow truck driver or his company gets out of this one.

they actually supposed to check and verify that its the right car.
there's been too many times where a tow truck driver has shown up and towed the wrong car because it looked like the one they were in search of.
In this case, if he had, he would have noticed a child was in the car. And yeah....they can't tow a vehicle with someone inside.
Most try to hurry and snatch the car quickly to avoid confrontation. Its gonna cost this driver for doing just that.
