A 21-year-old Florida man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a miniature horse named Jackie G on multiple occasions.
According to a statement from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, a witness came forward telling deputies she saw Nicholas Sardo, of Citra, engaging in sexual activity with the horse on her family's property on October 13.
Another woman also contacted the sheriff's office saying she, too, caught Sardo in the act and confronted him about it.
When questioned by the authorities, Sardo reportedly admitted to having sex with the small horse four times in one week.
The 21-year-old said he wore a condom during each of the encounters 'because he didn’t want to get a disease from the horse.'
The sheriff's office reported that Sardo admitted that what he did was wrong and that he was a 'sick man.'
Jackie's G owners are relatives of Sardo's.
The 21-year-old has been booked into the county jail on four counts of bestiality, sexual contact with an animal, punishable by a year in jail and $1,000 fine per count. Sardo's bail was set at $4,000.
'Stipulations of Sardo’s future contact with the horse could be determined by a judge in the near future,' read's the sheriff's office's Facebook post titled 'Justice for Jackie G.'
Sardo (pictured in bizarre Facebook photos) said he wore a condom during each of the encounters 'because he didn’t want to get a disease from the horse.
Sardo's Facebook page is filled with bizarre posts, including photos of Vladimir Lenin and Czar Nicholas II, memes touting Communism and selfies in which the suspect is seen posing in a gas mask.
His other interests appear to include Karate and the military.
Old photos posted on the page of a relative associated with the horse farm where Jackie G lives show Sardo as a teenager dressed in his martial arts uniform and in Army fatigues.
