I have a girlfriend who is like that from back home. Matter of fact, I've seen her in a few of the "club posts" from the main board. She jokes, every now and then, about partying too much, especially since she's realizing a lot of us are settling down and focusing more on our careers.
Now, mind you, she DOESN'T have any kids and has a job too...so cut all that, "they're not working and who's watching their babies?" crap off...not all young, single black women are babies mommas, ok?
However, HER downfall, in particular, is that she thinks going to parties, posing pretty, and helping to promote them will help her become a "model." I'm sorry, but 26 is too old to be starting out to become a model. She had a better chance when she was a teenager and ACTUALLY doing real print modeling.
If my job allowed me to have later hours to come in, I think I wouldn't mind going out more, even during the week. However, one HAS to draw a line and realize that, after a certain age, it isn't cute to be "the regular" in the club

(This goes for both women AND men, by the way...)
