Federal Judge ORDERS NYPD To Stop Enforcing No Recording Policy & Remove Unlawful Signs!
*FELLOW PATRIOTS, A FEDERAL JUDGE HAS TEMPORARILY STAYED THE ORDER ENDING THE NYPD’S UNLAWFUL FILMING POLICY UNTIL NOVEMBER 17TH 2023. THIS WAS APPARENTLY DONE TO ALLOW THE NYPD TO REMOVE ALL THE SIGNAGE ACROSS ALL OF THEIR PRECINCTS & TO NOTIFY ALL THEIR OFFICERS OF THE ORDER. I DON’T KNOW WHY THEY NEED TWO WEEKS BUT THAT IS WHAT THE JUDGE HAS DECIDED. SO DO NOT GO RECORDING IN THE NYPD PRECINCTS UNTIL NOVEMBER 17TH. ALSO THE CITY HAS APPEALED THE ORDER. MY ATTORNEYS AND I ARE CONFIDENT THAT WE WILL BE WIN THE APPEAL. I WILL KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED AS I LEARN MORE. THIS IS STILL A HUGE WIN FOR WE THE PEOPLE! A federal judge ordered the NYPD Thursday to stop enforcing a policy that prohibits people from recording inside of police precincts and remove no recording signs from the precincts public lobby while a lawsuit challenging the rule is underway.
