Fat Joe tells funny Mike Tyson story

Joe tells great stories but he's embellishing this one. Mike came out of Jail in 1995, fought Peter McNeely that summer. He fought and lost against Evander Holyfield in 1996 and then in 1997 (ear bite fight.)

Capital Punishment dropping in Spring of 1998.

Tyson wasn't fresh out of jail.

I like Joe's stories, but this, along with his "Anthony Mason was the Knick" in Biggie's I got a Story To Tell interview makes me question his stories now.

Actually... Tyson did a four to five month stint early in 99 so the story could actually be true.

Circa Wiki: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Tyson

Legal problems caught up with Tyson once again. On February 5, 1999, Tyson was sentenced to a year's imprisonment, fined $5,000, and ordered to serve two yearsprobation and perform 200 hours ofcommunity service for assaulting two motorists after a traffic accident on August 31, 1998.[106] He served nine months of that sentence. After his release, he fought Orlin Norris on October 23, 1999. Tyson knocked down Norris with a left hook thrown after the bell sounded to end the first round. Norris injured his knee when he went down and said he was unable to continue the fight. Consequently, the bout was ruled a no contest.[107]

Thats a private story not to be shared with ESPN. Maybe a hiphop outlet but not ESPN.... When they asked so the Tunnel is a club you should have said never mind.
