Is it me or this fat Humpty Dumpty just needs to shut the fuck up. He’s a guest in hip hop and needs his mouth sealed. His low iq already thinks his people were 50 percent of rap.
ummmm I agree with most of your sentiments but Hispanics were a part of the foundation of hip-hop. the culture in NYC was easily a mix of Latinos and blacks who were deep in the parks aka jams because DISCO tech were not letting in young people. Just because there are a not of Hispanic-only rappers / grouups back in the day WHO DID NOT RELEASE RECORDS does not mean they were not there. To that degree, having lived through the birth of hip-hop and how it WAS.. I'd say FJ is correct in his belief back then, Hispanics in rap made up half the culture of the time.

I'd say Hispanics were part of the hip hop/b boy movement as far as the break dance era of "hip hop" went but as far as "rap music" is concerned, I would have to say no they weren't. The break dance records that were played in the clubs and skating rinks where the break dancings took place was not rap, more so funky ass hip hop beat records. Hip hop and rap are two different things.. IMO

He pandering to the younger crowd when he says this. I expect a young boy to say this. Not a OG. Migos were influential in how these dudes rap. For sure there’s influence. And Takeoff had the best flow in the group.

he's a part of the foundation of hiphop ESPECIALLY in the Bronx. KRSONE, FAT JOE, SLICK RICK....

he also reps for the latinos.... the 1St purero rican Emcee was / is Titio from the Fearless Four. He is definitely a foundational individual IN hiphop.
you dont like the fact that he isnt a black american.

Let's not get it fuzzy. Hip Hop is Black people culture. Hispanics were put into what was originally Black neighborhoods. That's how they got to learn the culture and become apart of. There wasn't any form of rapping coming from Hispanic culture or Hispanics until they were influenced by Black culture. Just like how Koreans learned to make fried chicken from Black Americans.

I guess it's okay to ask this question. Is culture a way of life or a skin color? When I was a kid in the early 70s, I gew up with white and Latino kids who lived on the block. Our father's worked together for years before we were born, So if the Black, White and Latino lived in the same neighborhoods and went to same schools for 30 plus years, would they not be a part of the culture?

Maybe to the 19 year olds, for people that started listening to hip hop in 2005 that makes sense. For those that are old enough to know who Run DMC is it's a stretch.

Nowadays everyone has a podcast and then goes on other folks podcast. Even with sports everything is covered 1000 times over. People are looking for something to say. Fat Joe and many of the older rappers are getting a second and third lease on life by telling stories about there career and behind the scenes shit they experienced.
That being said Fat Joe is definitely speaking bullshit with this comment. They are all making a nice new retirement living off these podcast.

that was a bold opinon he gave...but,,but,,but...with this new generation and they style of rap i get where he is coming from tho-...
but cocoa is still weyyy off...

Fat Joes has nothing else to talk about or say so he says things like this for the shock value cause the Migo's doesn't come close to Run DMC at all or never will they ever.

Joe does a lot of lying, exaggerating, saying things that only he can confirm cause no one else is saying it.

-During the east vs west he was the only poortoe rice'n in LA
-Suge knight was robbing people but no one touched him
-What 2pac was in a NY prison Joe was the one looking out for him via the Poortoe Rice'n but It really Rakim& Eric B's people,Bumpy Knuckles,Supreme that were the ones who was making sure he was good.
-Joe had nothing but everything to do with Remy's and Cuban's face getting cut....terrible Music exect.
-He missed out on millions for keeping it too real, this situation, this company, that company.....Joe ain't turning down nothing but his jacket collar cause it's not like he's high on that concert list.
-I like Joe,I like the fact that him and Pun,say that their black and that they come from Poortoe Rico.

The thing he’s the foundation of is stealing black American styles and being a culture. That’s the only thing he’s the foundation of. Plus, he’s an undercover bigot as well.

Why does This tranny loving coon hate Latinos so bad when he flys halfway around the world to pay for Latino transexuals? It’s like all those southern cacs who hate Blacks but buy Black ass and watch nothing but Black porn.

He secretly envy’s them and wants to be them. This the first faggot to run in a Latino thread and start spewing retarded non sense.
