No one is driving off after getting their car hit, this was self defense.
Someone tapping, bumping or touching your car doesn't warrant...... shots fired.....
From the video does it seem like the car was touched hard enough to warrant gunplay?

That's why so many gun rights states pushed for castle/stand your ground laws, so folks wouldn't have to bend over backwards to avoid murder/manslaughter charges. They made it easier for folks to claim self defense without needing to retreat first.I'm pro black, but man....
He got out the car with the tool ready, Opie was still fumbling in the purse when ole girl was shot. Opie got the gun out as soon as she dropped......
Doesn't seem like self defense to me.....
hell, why did they even stop the car?
Ugh, sad situation all around..... hopefully the brotha won't get too much time, so he can learn and live from this
Issue is that other dude also had a gun, so you don't know what was said or heard.
Once the other guy saw he was going for his girls bag, anyone with any sort of street sense knows what that meant.

You buying into the narrative. Listen the narration of the last 15 seconds of the video first video. "Kisler runs to grab a gun from Ashley Long's purse BEFORE Finch gets out of the car holding his own gun." What else do you need to know?I'm not saying I blame him
However, it's hard to say legally, that you acted in self-defense when the preceeding incident was a touch, tap or bump to a car you were a passenger in..... and then you kill the woman, while the man has his hand in her purse, before he can even pull the gun out.....
What act/ action required that much aggresion?
We as black men are held to a higher standard of the law, especially when the "victim(s)" are white......
