The only reason we have fentanyl is because the govt outlaws opiates. Opiates are now so expensive (because they are illegal) that drug dealers smuggle stronger substances into the country, and then “cut” them to make them fit for consumption.

If the government made opiates legal, you’d stop virtually all fentanyl overdoses, and allow for a more humane approach to drug addiction.

But that would also reduce the number of people in prison, and make less police necessary.
 
It's only a problem when it starts killing these Cacs. At the end of the opioid is just another form of synthetic heroin with a pretty name and corporate sponsors. Funny thing about this opioid crisis non of the American companies making this shit have closed down yet.
 
These drugs have been around for a long time but it's 2022 with a new generation of addicts who don't know or care,they want to get high regardless so.
-If you're in the game get out cause now their finding another reason to send you to prison for decades
-The government is responsible for this shit...you have a toe,finger,tooth,head ache the doctores or nurses in the emergency room will give you an Opioid;They will give a difficult patient an Opioid to knock him or her out so they won't have to deal with them while on a overly busy shift.
-I have no faith in this government and you shouldn't either cause they will easily lead you astray

True, with street and pharmaceutical drugs, social media, the coming generations will have it hard. It’ll be the epitome of laziness: no need to read or write, drive cars or get your groceries ; it’ll all be done in a wink. Once that A.I replaces human interaction sex or anything, the boredom and sadness will only lead to drugs to feel good. More people will work from home and that isolation is gonna destroy the weak.
