I remember that one scene where the kid got shot and killed right before Romello went to pick up his date. His girl heard about the shooting and asked him about it. He admitted he was there at the time and she decided not to deal with him anymore.

A scene exactly like that happened to me way back in the day. Nobody tried to kill me specifically. But a girl I really liked stopped dealing with me because I had too much death (a couple homicides) around me at the time.
