Orlando area is basically one of the blue spots in Florida, but the state officials and the governor screwed them over. I understand the law in the sense on what happened with that building, collapsing on the beach, but at the same time the Republicans and the asshole Republican governor put too much powers in HOAs hands.

It is but if places like Florida, especially certain red states it is worse. They was waving the warning flag about the situation ever since Jeb Bush administration it took that building falling down in south Florida for them to try to do something, but they end up making it bad on a homeowner
