Hey fam i need some advice I'm involved in the opening of a custom design furniture store specializing in handcrafted Mahogany wood We already have the and endless supply of raw product, machinery, staffing and marketing set up, production depends on a person that specializes in this craft, and is capable of turning out mass quantities. I have taken over the direction of this facility and plan on focusing on manufacturing west indian mahogany poster beds, as pictured for sale. I believe there is a market for this style of furniture mainly because it is a durable weatherable product practically indestructible in normal habitats , it increases it's value over time, and are elegant pieces of furniture. (sample of work below) My question to you guy's being the fact these typically handcrafted designed Beds retail from $5K and up, I suggested we finance these beds in-house like %50 percent down and we credit the rest I will be responsible for the dunning of clients, tracking and qualifying Please give me your thoughts
