Since you guys don't want it then let me ask. If you are going to sign up with ING then why not get $25 free for signing up. You must be referred by someone who is already an account holder. They submit your email address. You get a referral email. Use the link in the email to open the account. Fund it with the minimum initial requirement for getting the $25 and that's it.
