They've been dubbed the "Oscars of the Earth": the Earthshot Prizes, which recognize and reward innovative projects addressing climate change and other serious environmental problems. Correspondent Ramy Inocencio shows us one of the winners, whose mission is to replace single-use plastic with seaweed, to solve a truly ocean-sized problem.

there was a couple on Shark Tank that had some edible utensils.
you can use em to eat your food, then eat the forks and or spoons afterwards...............thus eliminating the need for plastic spoons and forks.
