Why do you new fangled gamers put up with this shit tho FRFR . Someone make me understand this shit. I'm old school. I don't think I could have imagined paying full price for each disc of FF7 or buying the cougar magnum in Resident Evil 1- Veronica code. The funniest part is, if u stopped supporting it, eventually you'd get whole, working games for standard price again. I don't get it...

Yeah EA is getting that work over that shit this time.

They took things way to far in Battlefront 2. I Fucking refuse to buy that game.
 
It's friggin' ridiculous. I have a PS4 and I don't use it atall. All the games I did play were from last gen (Heavy Rain, Beyond 2 souls, and the first 2 Batman games) The thing I'm honestly most upset about is it's moreso the consumers fault for perpetuating this by feeding them money. Pre-orders used to be for games so hot they weren't guaranteed to be on shelves. Now you just do it just to do it. And 9/10 you end up getting a shit game. :angry:

Need for speed and UFC has that same lootbox progression too I hear. EA pushed it too far being greedy like always. Only this time they fucked up the party for everyone. Other people were quietly nudging the line, EA took that line and ran a 5k with it. Developers are now building games to be a grind and a chore to get through in order to make micro transactions more appealing. Thats the straw that's gonna cause another video game crash if they're not careful.
