I'm that cat in the club that will walk away from confrontations saying "I don't want any trouble" at least 3 times because I know how fast the escalation of force can happen AND I know that there are too many kids raised by kids that wont just take the "L" so if I'm responding its already pass incapacitation and close to bodily harm. And when they cops come all the witnesses will say "the guy said he didn't want any trouble" "next thing you know officer he was beating his ass like Mike in smooth criminal"

1. The shooter was itching to use his peace that night....he produced it too fast...definitely prepared. (seemed like a run to the car and go get the burner move).
2. Seems to me like the victim shoulda expected something like this especially since it poured out of the club...he was being too cocky and forgot about

I think it's a matter of what was said. If little dude was just talking trash puncher was wrong. If little dude was saying what he was gonna do then puncher was warranted. I've seen it plenty of times. Bigger guy thinks he can say whatever he wants and smaller guy can't say anything.
