This man, if you read between the lines, tries to enlighten you kneegrows concerning what religion is doing and has done to melanated people. You don't listen because no white (massa) authority has co-signed his warnings. Tyson is by no stretch the most enlightened, clever or educated person of all time, but he's up there. What I wouldn't give to be able to cerebrally process on such a level. Tyson does borrow heavily from the late Carl Sagan. A man I could listen to all day. But Tyson is multi-faceted more so than Sagan and has a special quality and knack of being able to break down some of the most complicated scientific occurrences, ideas and processes to where the laymen, like me, can comprehend it, at least to some degree. I'm thankful for that and so proud to share the same skin color as this man.
