Dorm Cooking! Stuffed Baked Potatoes! Noreen's Kitchen
Today I share how to properly cook a baked potato in the microwave as well as a couple really delicious options for stuffed baked potatoes that are full meals unto themselves. Bacon and cheese and broccoli and cheese always make a great potato. Full of nutrition and protein, these potatoes pack a nutritional punch. You can even bake the potatoes ahead and simply reheat them. Larger potatoes can be split in half and eaten like that to make them stretch. These are filling and satisfying!
I hope that this helps add to your list of ideas of what to eat when you are living in the dorm, working away from home or otherwise have limited resources for cooking!
I hope you give this a try and I hope you love it!
Greetings! Here is another recipe idea for all those dorm dwellers and people working out of hotel rooms and others living with limited resources. Just because all you have is a microwave to cook, is not an excuse to eat out constantly. I know it may seem like your only option, however, you can do a lot of healthy cooking with just a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker!<iframe width="960" height="720" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/c29Z_1qNpIk?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
