Does Africa have a plan for the world?

Africa can only move forward once we kill all the sellouts and bootlickers
Can you give us a clear definition of a sellout and bootlicker?
For example, say you are living in a poor village in Africa, and a surveyor asks if it's okay for him to survey your land for the prospect of cobalt or uranium. If you say yes, are you a sellout?
How about this? He says he finds that a mile underground is the potential for 50 billion dollars' worth of uranium, and his country is willing to pay $ 100 million for the rights to the land. If you say yes, are you a sellout? If the government finds out that you refuse the money for the country and their offers to build roads, schools, waste management plants, as well as modern sewage systems, are you a sellout for refusing the offer?
This is how many wars and turmoils occur in Africa, with both sides calling the other sellouts and traitors.

This leader believes in self reliance and getting rid of foreign outsiders who want to colonize their natural resources

This is why some world leaders want him dead

A sellout is the leader whose going to accept a brown envelope from a greedy multinational and cut out the rest of the population from benefiting from their minerals. It can be done properly too read up on the Bafokeng https://www.bafokenginstitute.org.za/about/about-rbn/ they found platinum on their land they cut a mining deal that benefits their people their now worth over $4bn

If Africa does that is good but I know I do. My job is to take this earth back from these white devils before it is to late. And to rebuild the true garden of eden before it is to late.

Cool story, but now how are they going to get the Uranium that may be as far as a mile under solid bedrock in a dense forest with no roads, airports, or rivers to carry the equipment? Plus, you don't know where the Uranium is located because you lack the proper equipment and trained personnel to find it.

But if you lack access to finding and collecting your resources, how are you going to benefit from having them? The best you can do is negotiate with other companies to mine it for you, and none of them will give us a fair rate.
Shit, we don't have to go to Africa, what if someone told you you had Uranium three miles under your property? What would you do to get it out?
Basically you have two options: getting a big ass loan to buy the equipment to mine it yourself, or selling/leasing the land. The problem is that if you get the loan, you still don't know exactly where it's located, and if you do get it it may not be as much as you think it is, leaving you bankrupt.
If you were to bankrupt your country, they would label you the guy who sold out his country and cut your head off!

If you are still struggling with what I am saying, just imagine someone offered you the ownership of the moon, and all the helium-3 said to be worth trillions. Even though you have the ownership of it, what good is it if you cannot get to the precious materials? In the end, you will have to sell or hire someone to mine it for you, and trust me, the cut they give you isn't going to be a third of what it's worth. This is how the real world works as opposed to the hypothetical world some of these guys live in.
I have spoken with a few African diplomats at the U.N. and listened to their speeches, and this is one of the biggest stumbling blocks that many nations in Africa face.

Yes but too many leaders throughout the developing world (not just Africa) pretend as if they have no leverage at all and are quick to agree to unusually unfavorable terms just because they plan to keep all the money for themselves

What leverage would you have if you had ownership of the moon? They know you cannot get the resources, and what they do is create political unrest by telling another candidate that you refuse to improve your country, which is desperately needed for infrastructure development, schools, jobs, food, and progress. Next thing you know it you will have a million people ready to chop off your head.

Here is another thing to think about. Every time a country agrees to pay a company to mine for them, and then an uprising occurs where they say Get out of our country. What usually happens is they will destroy the equipment and implode the mines, giving them no access to the wealth, usually resulting in an economic collapse, famine, and disease to follow. Only for them to negotiate with another country years later to have the mines open up again, but this time, the country's credit rating is even lower. Think of it as a person getting a mortgage, then telling the bank to go fuck itself, then they kick you out of your home, only for you to apply for another loan from a different bank, not only are they most likely to say no, but they will give you higher interest rates and require more collateral in return. This is why nations with stable governments and better credit ratings tend to be more developed than war-torn nations with unstable governments.
What's ironic is that many Africans in Africa think that American black men should be doing better over here with all the so-called opportunities, while we over here think they should be rich with all the resources in Africa, yet we are both struggling for the same exact reasons, failing to build our credit, building stable families, or countries and once the credit is paid, then taking that money to invest in things that can make money instead of spending it on things that loses its vaule in time.

Here is the crazy thing. If I or any other African Nation leader were to say what I just said, chances are he would be assassinated shortly after, by groups of people saying that I am a traitor or a colonist sympathiser, and the kicker is that the leaders of these groups would most likely be funded and backed by the very same non African people trying to colonize them.
Because they know that an unstable Africa with low credit is a lot easier to conquer than one that is unified and stable. This is how they use our emotions against us to destroy us, often from both sides! Same shit they do to us in the U.S.

You are absolutely correct with this and your other posts in the thread...if you are saying that removing sellouts is not that easy and wouldn't immediately fix everything, that is also correct...however it is a fact that sellouts exists and that some sellout leaders won't share the profits from even the worst deals with their citizens

As for getting more favorable deals, remember its not just one country that wants your shit...sure a country like France could just do a coup in Ivory Coast like they did when Ivory Coast did a deal with China, but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't try...as we speak, many countries in Africa are picking China over the western world for many deals...doesn't mean China aint fuckery just means they might be less fuckery...hopefully the leaders of the African countries share the proceeds of those deals with their people

But it definitely isn't easy
