While I feel your logic, I'm from New Orleans and if it "only" washed out the whole GOP I'd agree but nahh we still struggling down here and wouldnt want no American to go thru the neglect they did to us........

Being that I live in Tampa, I would have to say "NO!". I seriously doubt that we will get anything like New Orleans got. It is looking like we will only get Tropcial Storm type effects if the hurricane continues on its projected track. Even if it was worse case scenerio for us, we still wouldn't get hit directly by the hurricane like New Orleans did.

I drove there from Hattiesburg, MS with some friends and I commented to myself that after all of the time that had passed, was all of those news stories of caravans of help going in just bullshit?
