According to him, all of this happens in November. Because you think you're cynical, you probably didn't consider what would happen if Trump loses in November and tells his supporters to start a civil war in protest. If that happens, I could see Russian and Chinese troops on U.S. soil to preserve peace.

I think the southern district of New York has enough on him to lock him up, but can't do so until his presidency ends. I think he knows this, and would rather destroy the country than be a one-term president who spent the rest of his life in jail. Who cares? Take from this what you will. I don't really care one way or the other. I found it interesting given the recent CNN article I posted and decided to share. That's all. I didn't post this to try to convert or convince anyone of anything.
