If he had any integrity he could of saved 4 minutes of rant and in one minute said the following: <blockquote>

This is a common tactic with republicans and the right, hypothetical arguments. Many right wingers on this board use it all of the time. It's the basis of Faux Snoozes raison d'etre. It is a tool to paint their opponent as an extremist, which means they can use extremes to counter their argument. The result is a republican party so extreme no candidate can run for national office.

..come on bro muck, the citizen united rant is ONLY 1 piece to the many pieces to the constitution eradication puzzle. yes, judge's piece is laced with what-ifs that goes beyond the pale. judge takes both parties to cleaners and potus. take recent passing of s1897. he didn't say sh8? come on brother. we know those what-ifs has occurred n is occurring. we have been voting against our interests for years, being played by both parties. world's economy is over the cliff. F is officially here n we still have yet to recognize it because it's leader looks like us. judge has integrity son. by the way, he's a 911 truther. ;)

You are correct, most elected officials, and even non-elected officials such as SCOTUS judges, uncle clarence, Scalia, Alito, & Roberts are compromised — and owned, by outside forces —oligarchs.

Uncle clarence via his wife’s political activities received more than $700,000 from reich-wing oligarchs who wanted and got certain SCOTUS rulings. Uncle clarence didn’t even disclose these payments on his financial disclosure form which mandates that he reveal such payments to him or his wife — his defense was — “I didn’t understand what the form was asking for”? — and the media and the politicians assigned to supervise and oversee the federal judiciary let him get away with an impeachable violation.

Scalia, Alito & Roberts attend ALEC and other KOCH Brothers events, sometimes giving speeches which reveal their positions on issues that subsequently come before SCOTUS. When the cases where they have already revealed their position at a Koch Brothers speech, come before SCOTUS, they refuse to recuse themselves. The SCOTUS Citizens United ruling, allowing unlimited amounts of secret money into politics has mutated having some influence and access to elected officials because you wrote a $2000 check, into the ability to outright own a politician and make that politician your slave-bitch because you dropped $50,000 - $5,000,000 into their campaign.

We saw a slave-bitch politician slavishly boot-licking his oligarch master on display when Wisconsin governor Scott Walker’s telephone conversation, with who he thought was a Koch brother was recorded and revealed to the entire world.

The RepubliKlans have totally sold out; they are all slave-bitches. They don’t even try to make believe that they represent people, not oligarchs. Buffon first term congressman Alan West has $4,000,000 ($4 Million) dollars in his reelection campaign fund, most of the money is from out-of-state and reich-wing oligarchs. The Democrats are not all slave-bitches yet; but they prior to Citizens United were already becoming more corporate controlled, starting in 1985 with the founding of the DLC (Democratic Leadership Council). President Clinton and Al Gore were both from the DLC. DLC democrats were able for the first time, to raise as much money from corporations , particularly Wall Street as the RepubliKlans. Obama denied being a DLC guy but we now know he is actually to-the-right of the DLC democrats. Obama ran his presidential campaign as a progressive but in reality many of his policies are to-the-right of RepubliKlan president Richard Nixon. This reality demonstrates just how far reich-wing todays RepubliKlan party has lurched. Richard Nixon could NOT win a primary in todays RepubliKlan party — he would be considered a liberal. Obama won the US presidency and appointed Tim Geithner and Larry Summers as his top economic guys. This demonstrated that Obama was compromised by Wall Street. Goldman Sachs was Obama’s largest corporate contributor. Who in-their-right-mind would appoint Geithner and Summers to run economics after watching their catastrophic marco-economic policy failure in the PBS Frontline film THE WARNING .

The last US President who wasn’t compromised in any significant degree by oligarchs or ‘shadow government’ corporate control groups like the “Trilateral Commission” which was started in 1973 or their predecessor “Military-Industrial-Complex” groups was President John Kennedy. Kennedy said NO to “OPERATIONS NORTHWOODS” . Kennedy said NO to the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank monopoly on money creation for the United States of America. Kennedy issued Executive Order 11110 which gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver printed by the US TREASURY and NOT the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy also was prepared to remove all troops from Vietnam by 1965. These are a few of the reasons why the “Military-Industrial-Complex” had him assassinated.

President Obama and the remaining democrats who are not total slave-bitches yet; — are the thin buffer that remains between the United States of America becoming a completely corporatist (fascist) state. How pathetic is that! The RepubliKlan plan for the US calls for further tax cuts for the top 1%, whose taxes are already at a 55 year low. The RepubliKlans plan to destroy and privatize Medicare, giving coupons to senior citizens to buy health care — in other words let them die. The RepubliKlans want to end Social Security and send the money to Wall Street. The RepubliKlans want a hot war with Iran. The RepubliKlans want to severely cut unemployment insurance, including drug testing? anyone who gets a check. There’s a lot more RepubliKlan insidious country destroying ideas. We will see in the next 11 months how stupid American voters are. Will they vote to slice their own throats?? We will see. Civilization or Barbarism.
