Exactly. This is his own bullshit theory to water down his stories about the Illuminati. He does have a lot of good info about the Global Elite, but this whole "lizard men from the 4th dimension"( along with the grey alien jive) is complete hog wash. It sounds like some shit from a grade Z 1950's sci-fi film.

I am not huge into the lizard races but Icke is only saying something many different people, tales, and legends have said. Some people (I kid you not) believe they descended from something greater and that gives them literally a "divine right" (as if from heaven) to rule over people. I'm not huge into that stuff but a few people do literally believe they are sons of heaven and as such, are justified in killing, dominating and oppressing everyone else (since they are lesser people).
