1 cup of Organic Soy Milk
1/2 cup Organic Orange Juice
Handful of frozen strawberries
Handful of frozen raspberries
Handul of frozen blueberries
1/2 container of plain organic soy-based yogurt (no milk based)
Pour soy milk and orange juice in bottom of blender, add FROZEN FRUIT and yougurt, blend until smooth. Serves 2.
