Disney World selling chocolate animal ‘poop’ in four varieties at Animal Kingdom
Endangered feces: Zuri's Sweets Shop at Disney World's Animal Kingdom is now selling four flavors of chocolate animal poop.
Disney World is dropping a disgusting new dish onto the menu of an Animal Kingdom shop: animal poop.
Chocolate animal poop, that is.
Four varieties of edible excrement are now on sale at the Florida theme park, selling for $3.99 a pop, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
The dessert dung isn't labeled as such at the park’s new Zuri’s Sweets Shop. Instead, the scat snacks are named after the animals they’re based on: elephant (chocolate peanut butter fudge with oats and coconut flakes); hippo (fudge caramel brownie with oats and peanut butter); giraffe (pellets of chocolate fudge with caramel) and cotton-top tamarin (chocolate-covered pretzel pearls).
But a Sentinel reported noted that his receipt clearly called the item he purchased: “Poo, Giraffe.”
For visitors with less scatalogical tastes, Zuri’s also serves Rice Krispies treats, lollipops and wine.

Orlando travel bloggers Kim and Currie tried a few pieces of the feces and wrote in a post: “I can’t say they are the best treats I’ve ever eaten at Disney, but they are a conversation piece.”<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/MickeyUpdates">@MickeyUpdates</a> Oh so it’s fudge… Cool.</p>— Craig Treichel (@ctizz36) <a href="https://twitter.com/ctizz36/status/612749106654613504">June 21, 2015</a></blockquote>
