I can see a little bit of how one led to the other (among white male red pill youtubers) but i don't get the whole picture. the manosphere in my opinion has always been there. it's just over the last few years gotten more advocates...the majority just doing it for youtube money and who for the most part don't really practice a lot of the stuff they peddle. For your wings spray or lightly dip the flour coating / breading with oil, preheat the air fryer to 400-450 and cook about 25 - 35 mins flipping every 10 mims..... while not 100% like oil frying..... it's close.

I don't cook my wings with breading.... just season and air fry,l. The skin is crispy and meat is tender...... but I've seen recipes where people recommended the above and got good reviews

Flipping is the key, the set it and forget it days are over, unless you have a rotating skewer in your air fryer, truth is anything that sets in an air fryer is subject to gravity thus making the moisture that settles at the bottom of the meat harder to get crisp at the same time as the top, flip regularly and you will achieve amazing results.

Example: 20 minutes air fry should flip at least 5 times or more.

Baking powder or cornstarch or both combined contribute to crispy textures.
BP creates air bubbles.
CS creates rougher texture to crisp up.
