Did the CIA kill Bob Marley?

Bob died of a form of skin cancer that mainly affected white men/people. For those who don't know, Bob was a white man ( father makes the race theory). Furthermore, Bob could have possibly still been alive had he done the amputation. Bob was not as popular as people make him out to be,until after he died a d the legend album was released. The most popular reggae artist at the time of Bob's death in Jamaica and the rest of the west Indies was Jacob miller.

My mom told me when I was a kid, remembered the day he died, no way he had cancer in almost every cell of of his body. He had hurt his toe playing soccer and went to check it out and they found out he had cancer in bones and all. She never believed he died of cancer like that. Should of shown signs of sickness and didn't. Just all of a sudden, he has multiple forms of cancer.

See thats the thing about it, this is your mom's telling you something from her point of view. But you see, his children and the rest of his family made an entire documentary about his life and death, and they clearly showed that Bob was suffering with the cancer longer than the public knew about. The man was bald by the time he died after doing the chemotherapy for some time. Bob died of cancer just like everyone else that died of it. He suffered long and in private with those that were close to him, and when he died it was made public as to why.

Isnt this the same picture they use for all the fake stories about a CIA agent confessing something on his death bed? I've seen this picture before for some other stupid ass lie.

Hear you, I was young but she is an RN, so I guess it just didn't make sense to her and many at the time.
