did anyone get free sirius service after the trial that just took place?

i don't fuck with sirius radio cause it never made sense 160 something channels and only 9 played black music... but every vehicle it kicked in on for a few weeks and ended after memorial day, but most of my cars that have xm nav and xm weather that stayed on. anyone else or was i just randomly lucky?

I love Urban View, except for Joe Madison who treats callers like shit if they're not a celebrity or famous. He seems to forget, or doesn't care, that callers make it possible for him to even have a show.
I really try to listen to him but my efforts usually last about five minutes or less because if common folk disagree with him on air he starts disrespecting them, calling them stupid, etc. I remember his early days on D.C. radio when he was a much more respectful guy. Ever since he had that gastric bypass and lost a whole lot of weight he's become all too often a mean spirited prick to those who call into the show. If I could I'd tell him, "damn Joe, don't be such an asshole just because you're hungry, eat a fuckin' sandwich or two before you go on the air".

if you get sirius for music you are doing it wrong.

i have had sirius since it launched. i drive alot. it has saved me on many a drive.

it has been a lifesaver for nfl (rip) and nba games when i am driving. i also spend alot of time with urbanview and the news stations.

the music stations are literally the least of my interest on sirius.

i have a legacy receiver that has a lifetime subscription. but i am not going to rip out a good radio to install it.

those of u that still have service after the free trail likely have radios that have just not gotten the kill signal yet. it will eventually come.

every time they do a trial my radio subscription status changes. i can see the update happen. then when the trial ends it updates again. so enjoy it while you can.

but sirius select gives different stations for different vehicles. i don't know why.
