Devin is about to hit his prime and the only modern NBA player with a comparable career at the same age is Kobe Bryant.
Bryant is the better athlete but Devin is the better shooter. Devin isn't the liability on defense that makes Steph Curry unplayable at times. He can actually guard the one two and three. Some my compare him to Ray Allen because of his PG skills, but his scoring acumen compares more to Kobe.
This but I just wanted to make my statement because he has been the most underrated player in the league for damn near four years but doesn't get the hype because hes not on a glamour franchise.
Say what you will but the Suns might make the finals this year. A lot of these superteam dudes need to look at Devins hustle and take notes. If he makes the finals @24 y/o dudes like Giannis, Harden, Westbrook, and Luka are going to look real suspect.
The Suns aint nothing special but James Jones and Monty Williams have done a good job winning with the worst owner in sports (Robert Sarver). That has to mean something. These dudes don't get mentioned enough for the greeat jcb they are doing.
But it all starts with Booker. Who is a very complete player with a Kobe Killer instinct. I hope he stays healthy these playoffs because I can't see anyone other than the Clippers backcourt slowing him down.
