With fewer than one out of 10 eligible voters casting ballots at Los Angeles polls Tuesday, America's second-largest city continued a pattern of shockingly low election engagement.

One thing I do admired about the wing jobs. They have learned how to take control of their party by starting at the local level and trickling up to the federal offices.

The democratic base doesn't have clue!
