One has to wonder how the Democratic Party has become the party of choice among the black community in the United States. Or more accurately, how the black community has allowed themselves to be sold-out to the Democratic Party.
Over 90 percent of the blacks that vote in this country blindly vote Democrat in every election regardless of the issues. Why would a whole race of people line up behind the party of their oppressors and give their support?
Slavery was finally abolished in 1865 with the passing of the 13th Amendment. It was a long bitter struggle between lawmakers for years to get the law passed. The history is telling, either modern African Americans are ignorant of how their ancestors were freed or are willing to sell their soul into political slavery for the false promise of something for nothing.
A quick over view of the civil rights struggles of the mid 1860s paints a picture the current democratic party doesn't want blacks to know. It is common knowledge that Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves but people's knowledge gets fuzzy after that.
October 13, 1858
During the Lincoln-Douglas debates, U.S. Senator Stephen Douglas (Democrat-IL) states: “I do not regard the Negro as my equal, and positively deny that he is my brother, or any kin to me whatever”; Douglas became the Democratic Party’s 1860 presidential nominee!
The Democratic Presidential nominee in 1860 ran on the “I hate ******s” pro-slavery platform…. But lost to the anti-slavery platform of the Republicans and Abraham Lincoln.

President Lincoln signs bill abolishing slavery in District of Columbia; in Congress, 99% of Republicans vote yes, 83% of Democrats vote no!

Over unanimous Democrat opposition, Republican Congress passes Confiscation Act stating that slaves of the Confederacy “shall be forever free”.
The Democrats, every one of them!!! Voted against the freedom of slaves.

U.S. Rep. Thaddeus Stevens (Republican-PA) introduces legislation, successfully opposed by Democrat President Andrew Johnson, to implement “40 acres and a mule” relief by distributing land to former slaves.
That’s right, the famous “40 acres and a mule” program was proposed by the Republicans and taken away by the Democrats!
Yet 91% of blacks vote Democrat…
April 9, 1866
Republican Congress overrides Democrat President Johnson’s veto; Civil Rights Act of 1866, conferring rights of citizenship on African-Americans, becomes law. Once again the Republicans coming to the aid of the blacks after the Democrat President vetoed giving blacks citizenship!
The Democrats fought hard to keep the black man down…

The Democrats did everything in their power to deny blacks equal rights. If it wasn't for the Republicans fighting for black rights the Democrats would still have them using separate bathrooms or picking cotton …
Yet 91% of blacks vote Democrat…
How can a political party so devoted to the demise of the black race consistently earn their vote? How can a whole race of people not know their enemy when they see it?
The Democrats are still vested in keeping African Americans in chains. The Republicans gave them freedom against the will of the Democratic Party yet the Democrats have been able to keep the blacks enslaved through social programs and give aways making the black community dependant on the very same people that have condemned them.
The Democrats have successfully manipulated much of the black race into begging at their feet for scraps while living in inner-city projects and burnt out neighborhoods.
It is nothing more than a successful liberal Democrat plot to keep the black man from achieving the equality that the dems have been fighting to keep from the slaves for over a hundred years…
Yet 91% of blacks vote Democrat…
I get tired of hearing about reparations when the black community consistently CHOSES to support the very people that vetoed the bill that awarded former slaves with land and a mule that is used as the bases for their being owed money. When you hear an African American spouting the "where's my 40 acres and a mule" mantra, just remember that the blacks willingly voted it away with their support of the Democrats.
When you hear the blacks cry about their civil rights struggles of the 1960s, remember that they support the very people that fought against their rights! You can't repeatedly re-elect the same men to office that keep kicking you in the nuts and then whine because you keep getting kicked in the nuts. When you vote to be victimized, you forfeit the right to complain your a victim!
As long as the black community keeps voting in favor of descrimination, it's hard to take their plight serious.
Careful what you wish for...You just might get it!
