I just saw a story about a deed theft in new York,a few days ago. For whatever reason,a lot of states knows that deed thefts and squatting has been on a major rise but rarely do anything about it.


Then,the person has to spend a lot of time and money because the court system wants to drag its feet on this type of shit....
