He's live on IG right now trying to justify his terrible rating by having his employee taste the food and rate it. Common sense...if you are my employer in the food industry and I tell you the food is too salty, are you really going to go against me? The person that pays you? No. His employee already knows what he said so he is just going to go right along with him.

The employees tasting was pre-recorded. He brought the food back and asked them to dig in. All of that occurred well before the mayhem ensued.
He said his the pork chop was good and some of the other food was just ok. His EMPLOYEE said that the food lacked seasoning.
On another note he did praise the oxtails at a 5 out of 5.
This is why I visit ALL sides. Nothin worse than bad info.

4h ·Why y’all letting this man play in y’all face? Clearly y’all don’t know who he is? A rude, disrespectful, unsanitary, non cooking, juvenile palate having scammer. He uses herbs de provence and dried fennel in everything. He should not be talking seasoning to anyone. His restaurants are another story.
