Restaurant Update: I met an awesome designer here in Atlanta. I met with her. Been with her for the last 4 hours. She made some awesome progress, called on some vendors, and is officially starting the project. We should have a newly designed restaurant in about 30 days.
Meanwhile, it's on to menu planning, blueprint drawing, food operation planning, ingredient sourcing, hiring front and back of the house staff, and training.
I've already secured my FEIN, trademark, and articles of incorporation. Greens & Gravy will be a real live restaurant soon.
