Well can easily pull up the address on Google maps and look at it from the aerial view and street view.

Okay I'm trippin, my fault, nevermind
I pulled it up on google maps & looked at different pictures, at the apartment website
Looks like the garage actually has 5 floors, not 4 floors
The top floor (5th floor) is open, but it attaches to some kind of rooftop seating area, for bbq's and stuff like that

Edit: The apartment complex is at the corner of South Lamar St and Powhattan St
If you do a google maps search for "913 Powhattan St, Dallas, Texas"
It will give you a side view of the apartments + the parking deck
Then when you zoom in a little, you can see how its connected

Also, another quick note, if you go to,
https://www.apartments.com/south-side-flats-dallas-tx/r7d81c0/

Then click on "3D"
It gives you a good 360 degree camera view of a furnished model apartment
Especially if you have a touch screen laptop, you can see all the angles
Not sure if he has a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom floor plan though (probably 1 bedroom)

The very first thing I noticed when I zoomed in was, the damn light switch right next to the front door :hmm:
Also the door has 2 locks (the electronic lock & a 2nd lock which usually can be only locked/unlocked from the inside)
Not sure if that helps his case or her case
She must've been standing at the door, or inside the door, near the kitchen sink/refrigerator area
He must've been standing, not in the living room, but that space between the living room & kitchen

Yea they still haven't released any video footage of the garage, nor the apartment hallway
But they never even specified if cameras were in the apartment hallway though

Edit: Oh and don't forget, they still haven't released the saved history/info on the electronic door locks

You know if Botham was a "criminal negro", all of that info would have been released on digital, vinyl, as a calendar, and a prize in a box of Lucky Charms. They are dragging their feet to protect a bad cop...so BAU(business as usual).

Exactly !!!
They probably won't release that shit until months, if not years, AFTER the trial, when they think most have forgotten about him
Because if there's inconsistencies in the 911 call or with the camera footage, and then she gets a not guilty verdict.....niggas might burn down that whole entire city !!!

Can the FOIA force them to release the videos and drug test results?

Not sure if this was brought up b4 in the thread, I don't recall but searching for the address last night I saw a few articles from the days right after the shooting.

One said the two bullet casings were found at the opening of the front door, inside the apt. And that Botham's body was about 12-15 feet away inside the apt.

Then, not sure if this is where she worked but the article said that Dallas PD Headquarters is a block away from the actual apt.

So did she work that close or did she work out of some other location. Just wondering as to why the hours she worked from and to, is something else they were guarding.

Great Drop.

In addition to what you already mentioned.... another BIG ASS HOLE in her fake ass story is... it doesn't matter whether it was a 1 bedroom, or a 2 bedroom :smh:... because notice the layouts of both apartment units (which are all built the exact same way, on every floor) >>> the 'front door' is exactly in the same spot in both units.

They BOTH have an 'open' layout. :hmm:

The front door leads straight into a kitchen area (with NO walls at all)... which also leads straight into the living room.
So if you open the front door.... you can SEE the whole kitchen... and the whole living room.... before you set foot inside.

Plus, he was watching tv in the living room.

Which means that her story about it being 'totally dark inside' is complete bullshit.

Because once she opened the door.... ALL THE LIGHT STREAMING IN FROM THE (BRIGHTLY-LIT) HALLWAY... COMBINED WITH THE BRIGHT ASS LIGHT FROM A TELEVISION SET.... would allow her to CLEARLY see everything (and everyone) inside. :hmm:

The ONLY WAY it could've been dark enough... so she could 'not be able to see' anyone, ,whatsoever.... is if the LIGHT IN THE HALLWAY was out (or if there was a WALL that BLOCKED her view of the living room).... plus, he was sitting in the dark. Not watching tv. :hmm:

Her story is utter bullshit.... and is not even remotely 'scientifically plausible'. :smh:

Because there's TOO MUCH (UNOBSTRUCTED) LIGHT to leave the room nearly in 'total darkness'... especially if she was standing in the front doorway, while it is wide open.

The 'layouts' of the apartment units tell the whole story.

With an 'open' layout like that...and ZERO walls between the front door & the living room... Botham could've turned off every single light in that apartment... but once she opens the door... there's a bright-ass light source DIRECTLY BEHIND HER... so it's like shining a spotlight into the room.

It would DEFY THE LAWS OF PHYSICS for it to remain dark inside.
:hmm:

And with such a 'clear / unobstructed view' of the room... how does she not instantly recognize that it was NOT HER OWN apartment? :hmm: She could see ALL the furniture + ALL the pictures on the wall (or lack thereof). Right from the doorway. With MORE than enough light coming from the hallway.

Where Is Amber Guyger’s Toxicology Report? Questions About Botham Jean’s Killer Mount
15390138885448.jpg

Splash News
BY NEWSONE STAFF

The number of questions surrounding the police killing of an innocent Black man in his own home has been piling higher and higher since the suspicious shooting in Dallas last month. Not only have multiple search warrants been reportedly not executed, but the transcript from the 911 call allegedly made by since fired-police officer Amber Guyger after she shot Botham Jean has been suppressed by the city.
But perhaps lost amid what some folks have suspected to be a massive cover-up by law enforcement to protect one of their own is the fact that Guyger’s toxicology had also not been released to the public as of Monday morning – more than a month after she reportedly submitted to a blood test following the shooting on Sept. 6.

After all, the circumstances surrounding the shooting certainly suggested that Guyger very well could have been under the influence of an intoxicant. Her reported implausible reason for mistakenly entering Jean’s apartment – which was on a different floor from where she lived – because she confused his unit for her own bore all the hallmarks of either a drug-induced excuse.
Toxicology reports are typically painfully slow to be released; or, at least, it seems that way since they can many times offer urgent information that could prove pivotal to an investigation – especially one involving a death. And while it seemed like Guyger’s report is taking excruciatingly long, the truth is that toxicology results are rarely if ever ready this quickly.

“Some of the tests take days, weeks, months,” toxicologist Alan Hall told WebMD.

That was true for such high-profile deaths as those of Michael Jackson and Kanye West’s mother, whose toxicology reports took months to be released.

But there can be opportunities to expedite the process, according to Slate, which previously reported that, “Some evidence gets rushed to the top of the list because of an upcoming court date or because it might shed light on an ongoing investigation.”

It seemed as if that was decidedly not happening in Dallas for Guyger’s toxicology report, especially since officials have seeming withheld key information surrounding the investigation while publicizing negative details about Jean – the victim – has prompted activists and Jean’s familyalike to suspect the worst.

Guyger was already given just about three days following the shooting before she was arrested – long enough to craft an alibi that has changed multiple times. Now, after being arrested and given the relatively weak charge of manslaughter instead of murder, she’s seemingly being given additional time to perfect her defense of a shooting that was entirely avoidable and appears indefensible.

It is important to overstand one very important detail: the charge of murder 1 does not exist in texas. What she is alleged to have committed is considered "Capital Murder" a conviction spells "Execution".
There was a red mat at Jeans door. Police residents get a security keypad added to the wall by the two locks on the door. 6 witnesses heard heard banging on Jeans door and too much evidence points to the fact that the door could not stay ajar. The open floor design suggests that opening the door illuminates the entire kitchen and livingroom, in addition to an operating televisions illumination.
Finding weed in the apt. fails to criminalize Jean with legalization looming. Long story short: that cave-bitch is looking at a death sentence, especially with pictures of her taking pictures with her neo-nazi brother throwing up the double eight gang sign!

They just drag shit out to avoid the outrage. Wait until people don't care anymore.

One day that shit won't be legal.

Exactly. This is def a tactic they use to support their overall strategy of limiting accountability for these garbage cops.

Shit is very frustrating. Especially considering how quickly the process moves for regular civilians. :smh:

Zimmerman was coached by a US Marshal on what to say and claimed he yelled for help but he has a loaded gun. They disrespected the eye witnesses in the Mike Brown case and bought in their own so called witnesses and want us to believe Mike was so bad he would charge live bullets being faced at him. And tried to take a police officers gun. What would be a motive for him trying to take that gun?

Hey @fonzerrillii, I think you said before, that you were an attorney
I usually do a google search once a week, to see if there is any new news about the case, & nothing has happened in a couple weeks
So quick question fam, where do you think we go from here?
How long do you think it might take for her to finally go to trial?
You think they might release anything else to the public in the next few weeks?
Like the 911 recordings? Or toxicology results of her? Or results of the electronic door locks?
Or are the lawyers going to just stall for the next few years, and hope the media coverage just dies down ???

Botham Jean Update - Dallas Police Scanner Audio... Did He Just Say Girlfriend??

The call for justice for Botham Jean must not subside

https://www.stlucianewsonline.com/d...up-the-handling-of-botham-jean-case-trust-me/

Think the girlfriend thing was just an error. What bothered me was the fact that they said "slow it down" and that basically means there's no longer a threat at the scene, so all responding officers can take their time getting there. Then the other is that they didn't want a homicide detective to come on scene. They already knew a cop was the shooter. That quick.

^^^^ That makes complete sense.

And to follow up on this very point, watch these videos....

Notice the weighted front door has a 'Sure Lock' system, and gravity takes over & the door automatically slams shut (and locks) on its own once the door has been released.

Which begs the question of....
  • After she is seen pacing the hallway (while on the phone with 911).... exactly "how" did she get back into the apartment? :hmm:
  • Exactly "how" did the EMS First Responders get into his apartment to administer cpr/first aid... and transport him to the hospital? :dunno:
While she was frantically pacing the Hallway... Botham's front door would have slammed shut... all on its own. :hmm:

Let's take a look at the Arrest Warrant & the Search Warrant >>> https://goo.gl/oaad87

Notice >> It does NOT say that she had to 'prop the door open' in order to let herself back into the apartment and/or to allow the EMS workers inside. :smh:

Notice >> It does NOT say that the Cops and EMS First Responders NEEDED to find a Building Manager (or a Superintendent) with an Electronic Key to let them inside. :smh:

Not sure if this is 100% accurate, but some folks who live in that building have claimed (on social media) that those EMS First Responders who arrived on the scene wore body cameras.

If true, where is all the footage of THEIR arrival at the scene? :hmm:

Folks have also said that the body camera footage of those EMS First Responders might show that Amber's own key WAS USED to open the door to let them all inside.

If this is true, it means that she most likely had a Master Key.

And the logical conclusion is... that the Building Management gave her a Master Key because she also worked as the 'Security Officer' of this apartment complex.... as a side job... and she probably benefitted from a reduction in her monthly rent, for doing it. :hmm:

Personally, I think 2 words can answer that = "Master + Key"

She KNOWINGLY used a 'Master Key' to exit the garage on the wrong the floor... AND to enter his apartment.

If the other Cops needed someone from the 4th floor to let them in... t
hen without a Master Key, she wouldn't even be able to get out of the 4th floor garage by herself, either. :smh:
