Daily Routines
My daily routines not any particular order:
If you can wake up early 4AM to 5:30AM
Don't look at the internet...I REPEAT...DO NOT LOOK at the internet.
Drink Water and eat fruit
Walk a trail/ or find a quiet place and don't think
Roll a joint, smoke and sip some tea while just observing nature
Meditate/Prayer
Stretch your body
Do your daily workout
Go thru your priorities for the day
Start your day
