Another thick woman who got a breast reduction was Zoe Nova (aka Xoe Nova). This woman had two of the biggest, most beautiful breasts I have ever seen, with perfect gumdrop nipples, but she had top surgery, and she wanted to identify as a male! Her surgery came out horrible. He's now trying to be in movies as a trans male, but he's having trouble getting work, and crying about not getting work because he's a trans man of color (he makes no bones about him being "indigenous", but not Black). He was also a bit of a weird asshole when he was a woman, which is why he isn't getting work now. Also, this person is a single father, so his daughter is gonna need a lot of therapy. (I'm using "he" out of respect for what he wants to be called.)
