African Americans have always thrived when given a fair environment in which to perform any type of business service. With the destruction of many soon to be affluent African American cities decades ago, African Americans witnessed a considerable shift from affluence to despair. However, in today's times, despite racism and inequality, African Americans have the ability to utilize changing attitudes about racism to their advantage. In past times, whites were allowed to burn down homes and business without cause, but now such outright assaults on African Americans would not be allowed. Not so much because some whites believe that these acts are truly unjust, but because many whites beleive that they are above such outright forms of racism. This offers advantage for African Americans in African American communities, fore if African Americans can create a sustainable team foundation that provides profit for the African American community, then whites, fear of being considered overtly racist, would actually help facilitate that team building within the African American Community for fear of ill reprisal.
This is a way of converting a weakness into a strength. However creating a fair working environments amongst ourselves is the only way to suceeed. There is no other way. Thus is the truism:If African Americans triumph in fair working environments then the creation of a fair working environment amongst one another would work by default. Its inevitable.
