and shift economic power from europe and the west to Africa

African nations and peoples have never "needed" Europe.

Europe/United States has always been an attacker, slaver, murderer, and thief to the people and societies of Africa.

Europe/United States created and spread the myth of white supremacy to justify their spread of death, destruction, and disease across the globe.

If the societies of Europe/United States disappeared today, Africa would be better off.
