Do you know what's better than buying plain pork spare ribs raw from the supermarket? Buying perfectly pre-seasoned raw spare ribs from Costco. Do you know what's even better than that? Buying those same delicious Costco ribs pre-cooked and ready to eat. Cooking ribs at home can be as easy as setting and forgetting in the oven, but some days, the aggravation of extra dishes and preheating is just too much. The luxury of dropping a rack of delicious pre-cooked ribs on the dinner table after a long day is one of the many conveniences Costco can provide.

However, when people think of Costco, pre-cooked ribs are not as likely to pop into their minds as other classics like hot dogs, rotisserie chicken, or even Kirkland sweaters. For those in the know, these ribs are worth grabbing from the hot-food section, even if you have to wait in a line of eager rib lovers for 30 minutes like the shoppers in this TikTok video. Did you see how many rotisserie chickens were sitting on those shelves? It's not often something outshines the beloved Kirkland bird.

How To Enjoy Costco Ribs The Next Day

Sometimes, you can't eat ready-made ribs the same day, or you plan to make them your easy potluck contribution for the coming weekend — and that's totally fine. All you have to do to reheat these ribs is warm them on the grill or in an oven until they reach the USDA's recommended internal temperature for reheating leftovers of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

And while they were pre-seasoned when cooked, they could still benefit from some light saucing. There are some amazing barbecue sauces on the market for you to try at your next cookout, or you could try an easy homemade barbecue sauce recipe. No matter what you choose, make sure to have some barbecue sauce on hand as an option for your barbecue fans. Even the most expertly cooked ribs are subject to some drying out during the reheating process. Keep them succulent with the sauce of your choice, and watch them disappear.

I freeze them up and reheat them for later in the oven. This can boost your freshly package meals that you can eat before expiration from 3 to 4 saving trips. The quesadilla freeze up pretty good also.

hustling brother here in dallas buys costco rotisserie chicken then goes to the white areas with his mobile grill and sells BBQ chicken by the half for 10 dollars. just let them smoke for a few mins MFs think he is a Pit Master.

Black excellence.. turning 5 bucks into $20.. my guy made a 4 times flip on a white mans dime.. the ancestors smile with pride and joy..tell that bro to keep doing his thing

Sam's club got those chickens flying out the door too. Wonder if they have ribs. Fuck what the food snobs talking about, I can throw my own sauce on them like I do getting them from other places.

The secret is to buy the $5 chicken and adding sauce to it.. I prefer henny sauce or sticky sauce from bbq

Meijer has the best rotisserie chicken, but they are smaller, followed by Fresh Thyme, then Sam's Club. Meijer has good deli chicken salad also. The best ribs I have had were from Giant Eagle, but not the ones they usually sell in the store. Around certain holidays they grill them fresh outside. No sauce and none is needed, they are THAT good. Not as good as mine of course, but the best I've had from a grocery store.

The bigger secret is using it with dozens of recipes..... just add sauce, put it in salads and so much more..... to be honest, I'm not a fan of the breast meat and would only use the dark meat..... my chihuahuas feasted on the white meat..... at $5 a chicken it was no loss to me...

I'm not a big pork eater, but my wife is. I have a lot of respect for Costco's food quality. I'm eating their "Irish Stew" for dinner this evening. With a bit of pepper seasoning, they're as good as I can make from scratch. The ingredients are top notch. And, we have already extolled the pizza. So, I will be grabbing a rack to chaw on while watching football. Plus, another excuse to fill up my gas tank while saving $.20-.40 a gallon.

Hell yeah, they about to do that this weekend. You are spot on about really not needing sauce on them. And all they seem to be doing is throwing them on the grill outside the store. Memorial day, 4th, and labor day is when they do them.
