CONOR MCGREGOR VS. PAULIE MALIGNAGGI KNOCKDOWN

They did this to set Pauli up but it will backfire. Pauli works for Showtime I'm sure Floyd will get all the info he needs about McGregor.

Pillow Malignaggi has no power.
He comes in with his arms closed and tight. Who can't connect on that?
He telegraphs all his punches with that shakey ass stance.
He couldn't really take shots when he was on top.
Everybody walks through his shit.
He's old, washed up, and in it for the money.
He looked tired, so he wasn't in sparring shape, let alone any fight shape.
Shit on BLM publicly and on his podcast.
Most importantly, he was always overrated.

This sums up 90% of your post

Conor put his elbow on Paulie's neck and hit him. He holds behind the head a lot too. But I agree, that looked amateur.
This. It's obvious Conor's holding Paulie's head, but Paulie looks mad sloppy. His mechanics are trash, zero head movement, no power, not a KO threat and his ego allowed him to come in grossly out of shape. He underestimate Conor and paid for it. In other words, nothing about this sparring match prepares Conor for Floyd.

You get no cred for doing anything against Paulie. He was never that good and has been washed up for a few years now.

I agree with you 1000%

However, Paulie was talking ca$h money shit last year when this fight was in the works and he boasted about beating Connor with one hand tied behind his back. The petty in me is a little happy to see some poetic justice being dished out though. lol

I'm waiting for them to announce the ref for the fight, because McGregor holds behind the head and punches alot and if Kenny Bayless is the official he will NOT allow that shit to happen.

Lol dude was talking big shit. I knew he got that work because he was real humble after they sparred.

Report: Conor McGregor knocked out while sparring for Floyd Mayweather fight

Remember that video where Conor McGregor got schooled by a pro boxer?

Cries that it was isolated footage (watch it) or perhaps orchestrated in favor of South African welterweight Chris van Heerden took yet another hit this past weekend when former WBO welterweight champion Jessie Vargas revealed that “Notorious” was recently stiffened while sparring for his upcoming Floyd Mayweather fight.

“Conor’s gonna get knocked out,” Vargas told Villanfy Media. “Mayweather always lives up to the hype. I have no doubt. I actually want to put down money on it, the odds aren’t that bad. [McGregor] got knocked out in sparring already, man."

McGregor, who recently wrapped his press conference world tour to promote his “Money” fight next month in Las Vegas, Nevada (video), will put his UFC lightweight strap on hold to try his luck at boxing in a match that just so happens to pit him against one of the greatest (and fastest) pugilists to ever lace up the gloves.

And even if he gets knocked out (again), he’ll have several million reasons to not care.

No... people who want to pay to see this are pure and utter idiots.
I was actually thinking about this in the shower.. this fight is a perfect example of the reason why DJT is the POTUS. When people don't stand for something, they will fall for anything. People should boycott the fight simply because of the premise. Floyd says he doesn't care about the naysayers and that all he cares about is the check being cut. Aside from this being a circus act, that's enough for me. People fell for the okie doke with DJT and now are falling for this nonsense. I'm tucking my soapbox away now.

How do you tout that you are a two division champ and you lead with YOUR FACE!!!! Using Paul as a sparring partner is like using Snoopy to train your attack dogs.

Fan of the sport I don't claim to know the sweet science but Paul should have been fired as a sparring partner after the first session, unless he is only being used as a punching bag and Conor looked almost as bad in the ring as a boxer.

Paulie was on Twitter talking cash shit about how'd he'd bead Connor with ankle weights and one arm tied behind his back. That's the only reason Paulie was called up to spar. Shit wasn't to train, it was to see if he could back it up.
