Tribe Called Quest, EPMD, NWA, Wu, Bone Thugs, Public Enemy, Roots, BDP, i think are the tops; i might be missing some; but Outkast better than them...They all have their place among the elites though...

They are better in every way. Much more diverse. Sold millions more albums. Never sold out. I love Tribe, but they can't compete with Kast. The only duo better is Run DMC, and that's just on some respect stuff.

Argue with your momma...Everything about their rise to prominence coincided with my youth so yeah, i'm biased...My first job in ATL was on Headland and Delowe, I went to school with the Goodie Mobb and Kast...this is monumental to us !! Especially if you knew how much the NY rap scene was hating on Southern Artists....
